You’re facing the league’s top ranked offense on Sunday – how do you stop it?

bradley fletcher BF: We’re getting the plan in right now, and we’ve just got to make plays in the secondary, make plays on the ball and try to hold back this offense that they have. They’re really good and we’ve got our work cut out for us.

Which Patriots are you most focused on bottling up in coverage?

BF: That’s going to change a lot. The thing about football is whoever lines up out there you’ve got to cover them, and that could be a wide range of guys with this offense. There are so many moving parts.

Cornerbacks need to have a certain ability to forget what happened on the previous play. How do you achieve that mind-set?

BF: It can be tough if you get beat on something. You know, you’ve just got to come back strong on the next play because the offense is going to line up again and once they snap the ball you’ve got to be ready to go. Get the next play-call in and keep it moving, then make the next play after that. It’s one at a time.

And it’s about self belief?

bradley fletcher BF: Yeah, you’ve always got to believe in your abilities. As a cornerback you have to be confident because there are a lot of plays going on, a lot of snaps, and there may be a lot balls thrown your way. So you’re going to have a lot of opportunities to make plays, but you’ve got to believe in yourself to make them.

What does Head Coach Jeff Fischer bring to this team?

BF: Confidence. That’s one of the biggest things he brought here to the Rams. He’s instilled that from day one and we’re playing with that confidence now.

Has his arrival made a big impact on your own career too?

BF: Oh yeah, just the way that he runs things and his passion. I love playing for the guy, he’s a great coach.

The Rams are 3-1 at home this year and Wembley is a home game too. Can the Rams make it 4-1?

BF: We’re always striving to win so we’re going to put the work in, get prepared and do everything we can to pull this out.

Will it help that there should be 80,000 fans in the stands waving Rams’ flags?

BF: That will be great! We’ll be very happy to play here in front of all the London fans. It’s going to be a very exciting deal.

And when you do intercept Tom Brady on the final pass of the game to seal a Rams’ win, you’ll

BF: Celebrate with my teammates man! Always celebrate with teammates. We’ll just have some fun and enjoy it.
