Five minutes with the Diner… Broncos TE Daniel Graham

 Football Diner Daniel, talk a little bit about the division race – its still close and the Broncos still have a chance to compete, but whats it going to take to climb up the standings?
Daniel Graham You know we have to continue to try and get wins, we have to take care of our business and then everything will pan out for itself. The division is still up for grabs and we still know that.
Football Diner What do you do with a result like last weeks, just try and strike it from the memory?
Daniel Graham Thats right. You wipe it out and you have to move on. Were looking forward to this game right here, and theres nothing you can do about the past. So were just looking forward to having a good game on Sunday.
Football Diner How important is getting a win and momentum heading into the bye week?
 Daniel Graham Its really important you know. Were trying to get our win out here before we go into the bye and then well sit down and evaluate what we did in the first half of the season and find ways to get better in the second.
Football Diner And when you look at the 49ers what do you see that you need to be ready for?
Daniel Graham We just know that its a team thats really looking for a win as well – theyve come out here as motivated as we are. Its a tough team and we need to be prepared for them on Sunday.
Football Diner And is there a sense of prestige being involved in the International Series, does the game have any extra magnitude?
Daniel Graham It is an honour just to be one of the two teams that have come over here and to represent the NFL here so. But more than that – we want to come out to win.
Football Diner Looking back across your career – which includes winning two Super Bowls – how does this trip match up against some of your personal highlights?
 Daniel Graham Well you know this is pretty high up there. Just to be able to come overseas to a place like this and play… its a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Football Diner You only landed a few hours ago… do you feel like youre still trying to get your bearings?
Daniel Graham There is a bit of shellshock! Everythings so different – even the steering wheel on the right side and driving on the other side of the lane! Everything is different so its certainly a new experience for me.
Football Diner So would you be prepared to hire a car and give driving on the left a go?
Daniel Graham You know we were talking about that on the way over and I just dont think I could drive that way, itd take a long while for me to be able to drive out here!
