The first 2 names write themselves. Both Tom Brady and Adrian Peterson are having the kind of seasons that have never been bettered in the NFL, and Peterson’s doing it as a rookie! Randy Moss has got his Hall of Fame career back on track this year and leads all receivers in TDs and Yardage. TJ Whosyermamma has quietly put up 7 TDs this season and has taken over from Chad Johnson as the go-to guy in Cincinnati. Jason Witten is in the middle of a great season, and has been a tremendous TE both receiving and blocking for the Cowboys this season. The O-line is anchored by perennial All-Pro Walter Jones, who’s still at the top of his game. Eric Steinbach has been a major reason behind Derek Anderson’s success in Cleveland, whilst Jeff Saturday has remained as the game’s best C. After a rocky start Chris Snee has ensured Eli Manning has has time in the pocket, and RT Kareem McKenzie has finally began to use his immense physical tools to good effect. DEs Aaron Kampman and Jared Allen have been solo wrecking crews this season, with Allen challenging for the league lead in sacks despite having missed a game. Kampman brings a size and speed combination that’s a nightmare for OTs to handle. In the middle Kevin Williams has been disruptive and made some huge plays, including an interception returned for a TD. Griffin has been a monster in the middle for the Redskins. At LB EJ Henderson has been enjoying a huge year after being moved back to MLB, where his athleticism has been instrumental in the Vikings’ run D. Michael Boley has shone out on a terrible Atlanta side, and Ernie Sims has turned into a volatile nightmare for opposing teams to handle. The secondary has a pair of hard hitting monsters at Safety, with both Bob Sanders and Sean Taylor having great seasons, flying all over the pitch. On the edge Dunta Robinson won’t get any credit for his season having just gone down for the year with a torn ACL, but through 8 games there’s been none better. Leigh Bodden also stands out as a top corner on a shaky Defense in Cleveland.
